You have to pay her per shoot and then a % to stay active. you should be able to shoot a lot of content for $15k so if she bails you can still have enough to make a site or add to a multi girl site. the % should be much lower for a girl that is just modeling unless she is paying the shooting costs. it's either or - pay them for modeling (whatever you negotiate - 5K, 10K or 15K in your case) and that's it, no % - I've never known anybody to pay girls that much upfront then make them a % partner.
