Simply because a person is an "adult" does not automatically mean that person is capable of making rational choices.
Max Hardcore and his ilk are legally protected by the first amendment...and rightly so. But don't get twisted in thinking that fact somehow raises his product above sick filth trash. Max Hardcore and the talent that work with him have the legal right to freely express themselves...just like the the Westboro "God Hates Fags" crazies, NAMBLA members, Rush Limbaugh, and the KKK.
