My Point is what about the Bigger WebSites that Host More Copyrighted Content than us smaller guys ? YouTube for instance are ripping off a shit load more ppl than all of us combined, my sites just a drop in the ocean compared to YouPorn.com.
I am not even going to waste any more time defending myself - nor come back with a degrading coment - simply not worth it.
When the time comes that sites are being black listed for having CopyRighted Content I am sure that their will be many of us that pay the price - including the Big Guys - but they run the Monopoly not us.

No worries PornWolf - nah we wont bother with The BIG Videos, we host mainly Snippets and teasers, the confusion we have is when members upload Videos with a mark on them we are not sure if they're a promotional Video or if it's a Copyright mark .....
And "Clownact" that's the key : Sponsors and finding them, we struggle at this time as webmasters refer to Alexa stats etc. for a WebSites worth or value, we have been constantly in Alexa's top 50 000 sites (ok not that great) and that's not to bad considerring the age of the site.
If and when we can gather sponsors to cover server costs and give us some pocket money we can take down the annoying seekmo gateway - but - in doing so we may see (no doubt) our Bandwidth Sky Rocket again, we loose the Internet savvy as Seekmo scares them away.
We just finished our third server upgrade for the month and next step is clusterring our servers (we believe) and hopefully we can remove this Bloody seekmo Gateway as we grow.Comment
