It's an evolution over YAML and a few mainstream oriented CMS requires it. Pretty handy since it upgrades CSS by using PHP, so possibilities are beyond current CSS2 and CSS3 limits. In that sense, it's better than Modernzr since you can override browser compatibilities and even create CSS rules, while Modernzr will simply try to match or degrade gracefully amongst browsers. But it has quite a bunch of webkit rules already defined and you can have really simple and short CSS sheets. The day they add the full implementation of -moz , it will be absolutely perfect!
