    Guys- been doing a bit of research and looking for some insight/advice.

    What program/software for live chat/web cam is your preference?

    Looking for a plug-n-play program for my site.

      Most good ones costs a bit, one I know is 123flashchat, it has a lot of plugins supporting various CMSes like Joomla or vBulletin.

              Depends. What type of chat do you want? I use a few different features for different sites.
              'cuz you're too busy dealing with other stuff to mess around with bad hosting!
