    What do the ULTIMATE VIP private party rooms have in them?

    building my office now.... have about 1500 sq feet that i'll dedicate to a lounge/vip party room.


    so I'm looking for IDEAS

    so far I want:

    small bar with kitchen in corner - with stove, dishwasher, double sink, etc some speciality drink machines. ice machine in fridge
    possibly beer on tap.......

    a stripper pole

    a jaccussi tub in the corner of the large room- 4-5 person one. don't want a hot tub - want to be able to change the water each day.

    shower with wall sprayers in the private bathroom and a LARGE stall for such.

    straps on the wall for hands and feet to secure 2-3 someones to the wall.

    several leather couches.

    projection screen tv onto wall for about 100" screen mounted on ceiling.

    reasonable sound system - nothing too psycho though. easy to hook ipod upto

    a king sized bed on the wall somewhere.

    tile flooring

    strobe lights and disco ball.

    a pool table


    anything else a MUST HAVE for a cool VIP private party room?

                      there is a bar in the basement that is packed with hot women on the weekend. HUGE lineups. pulling girls from that to the vip room will be EASY even for a fat fucker like me

                                                          If you have no idea about club business, jumping headfirt into this spells a certain disaster.

                                                          I know you want to look hip owning a night club, but don't do it, because you WILL fail.

                                                          Just rent it out as regular office space.

                                                                                                  sadly you're mistaken. i've been a dj for 15 years, ran nightclubs for at least 8 of that. very rarely the bldg anymore is owned by the person operating the club. more times than not the landlord is NOT the person who is the club owner.

                                                                                                              Autographed Team Jersey of the World Champ Miami Heat team. Jordan jersey and ball autographed in case. World Champion Yankee Bat autographed by the entire team in case, etc.
