Probably we will use WebCamCash tool kit, but what is out there for stand alone webcam chat for solo girl sites? Solutions anyone? Windows media encoder I know can be used, but is there anything out there more suiting with chat setup? If not a stand alone is there a company that does the streaming for you like a pay solution? Pay x amount per month, or per time used etc?

you can use camz.com man....she uses their servers for shows and gets ALL their cams packages for her members area....they handle all your cam needs and she gets all that content for her members area...it is a sweet deal, we have done it before
and she doesn't have to do that private shit if she doesn't want to, she can just do standard cam showsComment

Well the other thing I dont like with those solutions ( I didnt check camz yet) is that we have to send out the 2257 docs to them in order to use that solution. 1 of my models has no problem with that, but the other is very private. Not saying I dont trust camz or any other cam company, but you know.
Also we dont want to broadcast to anyone but just our members. Ill look at camz and read more on that, I just skimmed.

one thing though, we got a lot of exposure from doing cross site cam shows
while we broadcast our single cam shows, it was also being broadcast into thousands of other members areas...great promotional aspectComment

Ya I found that page, still they are a little vague in their info there. Hard to believe there isnt something out there available. I really dont want to do a seperate text chat setup, and separate webcam setup. I have windows boxes I can run a windows media server setup on if need be and have set that up before. I guess I just one an "all in one" solution. Id like to do a Flash solution similar to www.Stickam.com does on their webcam community.Comment

flash media server doesn't go cheap, so its probably not ideal for most people if they're looking to run something for a solo model.
Silverlight should be final soon, so if you're looking for an economical solution you might want to check into using silverlight and windows media services.Comment

God Damn. Installed it and am watching their trailers. Holy shit. Plays instantly and in 480p quality. This will be huge for adult if people take note. This would probably work, but is a little much for a solo girl site, BUT I do not see any limitations for using it on multiple domains, and I was thinking of launching a community webcam site.

Not a halfbad Idea so in a private room it could be different.
So I still think the over the net thing is very very tricky as far as age verification.Just look at Myspace anyone can change their age from 10 to 20 or vise versa.
So what kind of liability would you hold if someone was in private and some shit went down with someone lying about their age?
Also how could you prevent this?
Im only asking these questions because I was also thinking of something like this only with a Utube like site where people could submit vids and such.Comment
