Granted, it looks like a nice condo, but there are nice places in Makati for 30,000 pesos a month, now that is 13,000 more, but in the long run you will probably be 30,000 a month in front on taxi fares without the risk and hassle. Im not critisizing your place, 17,000 is good, but even 100 metres out of the action in manila is too far.

I live here and as I have mentioned to my thread 10 to 15 minutes away only. There is new rules in Taxi here in PH which you are not going to ask by the driver a fix price and there is a receipt already. You may report an offensive taxi driver by calling or texting some numbers in your receipt. I don't have a problem dealing with traffic. There is a lot of ways where you can take a ride and just few minutes you will be there in your destination its called short cut (common called by Filipinos).
Correction for Pasig is a middle of nothing. Yes there is a part of Pasig that you can go nowhere but in this part of this place or part of Pasig is different. Come here and I'll show you. I will get back to your and I will post a map where this place located.
