Help us out, what was the offer and what were you expecting to get out of it. Seems like you might want to get rid of it as anybody developing it may run into legal issues since the name infringes on the original.

Well I can only speculate on the original offer from what you are countering, but it already sounds like a great offer considering the domain. If its not getting that many type ins right now, I'd move it and not hard ball the counteroffer as you might kink the deal.

Difference is at one time Pepsi did have to defend its right to the name against various suits from Coca Cola, don't think this domain owner is going to spend a dime to defend the name should he face a suit.
