Please do me a favor and send an email including the ticket number or your account number to me directly so that I can look into this for you and find out what the deal is. If we have dropped the ball on your ticket I can ASSURE you that it will be dealt with IMMEDIATELY and the System Administrator that dropped the ball will be disciplined accordingly.
