NATS won't let deactivated user accounts be reactivated??

    NATS won't let deactivated user accounts be reactivated??

    I signed up to promote Cash Titans a year or so ago, prepared some galleries but never really used them (I send maybe 20 hits a week off of some obscure sites... it wasn't really my niche)

    Anyways, I tried to login to the system now that I've set up a few sites within their niche, and my account didn't work... Emailed them and they said that accounts are disabled after 180 days if there are no sales, and that I have to create a new account since there's a 'glitch' that prevents reactivation??

      Sounds to me like the DB needs to be reindexed. From what I've seen of the (hideously many) SQL calls NATS makes, there's no specific code in place for this, by default.

          I am always able to reactivate a reseller with nats, They probably went through and deleted the accounts instead of just putting them inactive. Sounds to me like someone doesnt know what they are doing
