i asked a few times.. why.. we dont reopen accounts.. why? why did you close it, you wernt using it. well, what if i had plans of using it at a later date, then you should have been using it since you got it. this was the best line of this convo

I don't really care for accounts being closed due to inactivity unless it was for a period of 2+ years. Why not leave it open anyway? Is it a security issue?

give me the account and ill look into it, then hell say i looked into it and your account was closed and if you like you can set up a new account

it was inactive for around a year. hell, i had forgot about it untill pimpdog went off about what they were up 2.

i thought about it, and camazoncash.com is offering epass payments and im pushing them some traffic (www.camazoncash.com converts, check em out)

so i figured id set that up with them and roll with it

30 mins on hold for that idea to be shot to shit.

My last call to them 49 minutes on hold. Finally got somebody who did not understand my question. How many characters are allowed in the notes section when sending epassporte payments? Their customer service is top notch for sure.

If accounts do not pay the annual virtual card fee it will be closed after a period of inactivity.
To avoid to have your account closed leave money it to cover the virtual card fee ($5 a year,)
