Email marketing Q
Can anyone recommend me a company or script that can do the following:
Want to have a "did this answer help you : thumbsup : thumbsdown" message below every customer care answer email we send so we can track customer satisfaction rate
Want to have an alert when the answers go back and forward between customer service and the customer; usually indicating the customer has not been provided a satisfying answer.
We use our own back-end for customer service emails, just need an (external?) solution for these 2 situations (aff links welcome!)
