fucking nuts. the site is making $250/mo. $1800 is 7.2 times revenue. It will take you more than 1/2 year to even make your money back.

You think buying a site for 7/mths revenue is a bad deal? 90% of the time Standard is 8 - 10 Months.

I've seen 6 mos revenue quoted more often then anything, not to mention the guy w/ 2 posts chiming in with the same style of broken English as BennyX with a $1500 bid. Seems a tad fishy to me. Just my

must be the buyer trying to get a discount!

i personally wouldnt sell for less than a 10-12months income, because for only 6 months income, i may as well keep the site and enjoy the money myself.
