Kind of a strange question. I need a bank account in a specific city (American), do I need to go there or is there another way to set-it up via FedExing documents?

go to their site and set it up to an address in desired city.
You can always fill out a change of address form @ usps.com (for a dollar or two) to have all mail forwarded to you.. from/to whatever address u want .
Just off the top of my head ^.. there may be better ways
