    How to sell a site

I am thinking of selling one of my sites and want to know the process I would go about here. I have seen others sell sites and they gave the license to whatever software they were using, the site design and whatever time they had left on their hosting accounts included in the price. All I want is some advise on the process to make it as smooth as possible for both me and whatever customer is interested in buying it.

    The sites are

    www.piggyclips.com and www.urbaninterracial.com

they both use TGP Rotator script, and piggyclips uses the Free TTT for trades

I just might sell both, as I am working on a new site using Comus Thumbs and ePower trader.

Damn just found out from JMB that I can't sell the license along with the sites. That poses a problem :p

Nobody? I need to know things like how to transfer the domain name without one side giving away personal info. Safe practices of any transfer of information, weather or not to include hosting info or just sell the domain name with it's small built up traffic. Shit like that, any info from anyone who has sold something would be helpful.

You need to post the stats of the sites, logs if you have them are better. You may just need to have the buyer submit a transfer request for the domain name, which you then approve. They won't actually get your personal info, other than what is on your whois that is.
