Do you budget your time? Maybe you devote blocks of time each day or week to specific tasks? I have some additional responsibilities and it's becoming a bit overwhelming. Thinking of budgeting again.

Don't budget. Delegate.
Learned that one the hard way, by thinking it absolutely must be me who does this and that work. That resulted in a few holes in my walls, and me being so burnt out, I crashed & burned. Watching $1500/day come through, but wishing I was landscaping for $8/hour again. That's not a good way to do things.
Hire people, delegate your work, and expect imperfection.Last edited by Kiopa_Matt; 03-25-2011, 01:09 PM.xMarkPro -- Ultimate Blog Network Management

Excellent advice! Worth a repeat - EXCELLENT ADVICE
The first 7 years I was in this business I did everything. Got the models, arranged shoot locations, edited, designed the site, did the updates, marketed my sites, customer service and all finances.
I burnt out and couldn't do a thing on the computer for almost 2 years.
Now I have 3 people working for me plus a model scout. basecamphq.com helps me keep things on track. Tons of other online services like it to help keep track of time, just find one that works for you. Adapt or dieComment
