Rich people dont pay "10 times the average" because the figure is on percentage, not on volume. They pay less now than when we were children.
Right wingers usually mistakenly think they make more under Republican administrations but it's false. The real deal is that the poor get to keep less under Republican administrations because they redistribute the money to the already rich. This is apparent even to the rabble these days.
