2 weeks ago I ordered a new dedicated
I was asked if I wanted it straight away or would 48 hours be okay, I had plenty of other stuff to do so I said 48 hours would be
fine.
5 days later nothing had been done, I emailed and was told of tech problems and it would be ready tomorrow. I'm pretty patient so I said I'd wait.
another 5 days passes and I get told my server is ready, it wasnt, but atleast it was online, progress I thought !
and yesterday as I'm starting to move sites I discover email hadnt been set up and neither had mysql which I had been told was standard.
So what should I do, cancel the server or stay with them
My main concern is that If it has taken this long to set up the server how long will it take to fix any problems that come up ?
