no shit, sherlock. Anything that requires a jolt in physical activity plus long periods of low level activity and obesity COULD result in health issues including DEATH. Don't need a research grant for that.

They found people are 3.5 times more likely to get a heart attack or have sudden cardiac death when they are exercising compared to when they are not.
