          I liked this part:

          If you don't know about software such as this, perhaps you would be better off working at Wendy's or something.....

            The major question asked by the prosecutor is why didnt she just turn off the computer.

                  The defense to turning it off'd be simple, most computers are micro atx these days, they don't turn off (okay, you have to hold the button in 5 seconds, but what are the chances the woman knew this sorta thing)
