    And That's Why I Fucking Hate Boxing !!!!

    I just watched the Vitali klitschko vs Odlanier Solis "fight".

    Didn't even last the 3mins. All the usual build up and hype to a fight with all the shit talking, only to end with what can only be described as a half punch to the head.


    Shocking! I'd never spend money to go to a boxing event. Faaaaaaar too many non-fights!!!

              Vitali Klitschko retained his WBC heavyweight title by knocking out Cuba's former Olympic champion Odlanier Solis in the first round in Cologne.

              The Ukrainian, 39, caught his opponent with a decent shot towards the end of the round and Solis appeared to suffer a knee injury as he went down.

              Klitschko was initially furious that Solis was not carrying on and 19,000 watching fans also voiced their anger.

              But the referee ruled that the Cuban was unable to continue the fight.

                  It's not any better with the faked sports either. Of course, when the promotion is run by a bunch of idiots, and they let one of their headliners actually enter the ring high as fuck, what do you expect really? People paid $40 dollars for this on pay per view a few weeks ago....

                  A back story...Jeff Hardy has had major drug problems for years, and is facing federal charges. TNA Wrestling still decided to make him champ, he loses the title to Sting a few weeks ago, gets his rematch at a Pay Per View, and shows up stoned. He can barely stand as he walks to the ring, almost falls into the post coming up the steps. Before the match starts, Eric Bischoff comes out to "add a stipulation," but what he's really doing, and you can see it (5:30 in), is changing the script with the wrestlers because of Hardy's condition. Watch him whisper to each wrestler, then watch the match consist of a few punches, kicks and one actual wrestling move, then end in less than 45 seconds.

                  The actual "match" starts at about 8:40 and ends around 9:07



                  Considering this is scripted, had I paid for this, I'd be more pissed about this than boxing being a quick knockout.

                          I haven't watched it in years. My son watches it off and on, so I just read the dirt shirts online for news and spoilers so I know what he's talking about. If something sounds interesting, I'll look for a video of it. And I was blown away at that "main even title match" I posted above. What a crock of shit...

                              Wow, that wrestling vid is pathetic! How they can even charge people for that is a joke. Mind you, if people are dumb enough to pay in the first place...
