That's it, I have had so many problems with fucking epassporte and against my better judgment, I actually thought epassporte was making improvements . I was sadly mistaken and I am so fucking mad its not even funny.
Last night I took my fiance out to celebrate her completion of her first year at school. We went out to Claim Jumper, which has very good, expensive food. We are having a wonderful time, eat our meal, then the bill came. My next mistake not having cash on me.
I give them my epassporte card, which I have used there several times before. They come back saying its declined, I say impossible and tell them to run it again, of course still declined. I check my balance and I have enough to cover the bill. If it was not embarrassing enough, at this point the restaurant people are getting mad and want to be paid, so on the night I am taking my girlfriend out, trying to show her a good time for her hard work, she has to pay the fucking bill.
We get outside I am fucking furious, I call epassporte and what do I get some stupid foreign bitch who does not even listen to my fucking problem. I ask her why is my card being declined, she said "you are over your daily limit" and I say "I am not over my daily limit I have not spent fucking 300 dollars today" she goes "wing chi tung da lang, you are over your daily limit" now I am really mad and say "why aren't you listening to me, I have not spent 300 dollars today" now she goes "oh okay, I see let me see what the problem is, please hold" minutes later "okay sir, I see your card was declined by a Hungry Howie's a week ago because they do not accept our visa card" I said "thats not the issue, my card is not working right now, its being declined and I want to know why" She said one moment, and FUCKING HUNG UP THE PHONE. I am so mad at this point i am like laughing insane, I call back and say i was just hung up on and what does this person do once I tell the them that " one moment sir" click.... hung up on me again.
So I still do not know why my card was not working.
SO fuck you epassporte you are a mother fucking piece of shit, I am transferring the remainder of my funds to my back and canceling my account. I can not wait till someone else does what your company does, because any other business can't be run as poorly as this POS company.
