He's from Jersey, so I'm inclined to like him. I've been a big fan ever since I first read Kitchen Confidential at age 17.
I also agree with the posters who've mentioned Andrew Zimmern, he's pretty cool, and gets away with eating dick and balls on national television, something I'm sure many of the posters here wish they could get away with. :PComment
