When I was just a "webmaster" I just showed up and played by ear. It was more a party vacation.
Now that I'm with AFF I do things a bit different
1. Added a notes app to my cell phone which i add notes to after each business convo.
2. Each night (or morning) I send an email to my team with all the possible deals I did that day. I look at my cell phone notes for everyone I spoke with.
I still tend to play by ear and not make too many plans.
