I didn't know this guy from Adam til I saw it on the front page
of the news.

What's worse is the kid he tossed was hoisted from the crowd
by the concert's security guy, not Akon's security, but the
security guy for the city that sponsored the concert.

The kid is only 15 years old. He gets tossed onto a girl who

Uh, I went to concerts when I was 12. I wasn't a little pussy moma's boy..

I would start too shit. He has no right to attack someone like that regardless of who he is.

From what I saw in the video he didn't 'attack' the kid. The kid was hoisted onto the stage by a stage security guard. The kid wasn't struggling or fighting etc.. However, being tossed from the stage was risky and not checking the kid's age was far riskier. Concert goers risk alot up close but this did indeed get out of hand.

His prior arrests and actions do come into play here to a degree. But getting a person tossed onto you ain't fun.
