there is a psychic here in toronto that has been claiming massive earthquake in japan for awhile now.

however japan has many earthquakes, so it's kind of like predicting someone will troll someone on the board today

Good guess with the prediction I suppose. But there is no way in hell that that comet is massive enough to have any influence on earth from that far away or from even much closer for that matter. Perfect alignment of the comet, earth and sun? So what? The moon, earth and sun form perfect alignments all the time without incident.

Try 1/1,000,000 unless she somehow managed to make that vid after the quake, which is highly unlikely it was one hell of a prediction, she was adamant that something would happen.

And how to explain the last time things lined up they had the large quake in Chile? Second time, Japan. On the nose.

I'm not smart enough to know either way, but that is one hell of a coincidence. Twice. And to call it 2 days before it happens... more than just a pretty good guess.

I don't know how to explain the coincidence and/or the accuracy of the prediction. But I'm pretty sure that it isn't within the physical realm of possibility for that comet to exert any influence over the earth.

The problem is there are 364 people who have predicted earthquakes on the other days this year.

This increases the odds --alot --that someone will be right..

i think if you add in the fact that last year when the chilli quakes happend the comment was lined up and again today - it was lined up .. and predicted ... kinda adds a WTF value to it

There isn't a person on this earth that really knows exactly what is going on in the universe. Maybe you're right. No one really knows. It's all a bunch of theories and guesses.
