    What is this worth?

    I have a blog that has been online since October 2005. I am currently averaging around 10,000 uniques a month, almost all SE traffic. It currently has a PR4. It also has 684 incoming links to it's pages according to Google Webmaster Tools.

    Here are some of the rankings from google.

    my girlfriends hot mom 1

    my girlfriend's mom 4

    my girlfriend's mom 4

    The only issue is that this blog is hosted on Blogger. While that might disuade some of you, I have made over $500 in the last two months. Since adding some text links to TopBucks sites, I have made 3 sales in the last 3 weeks.

    The blog has huge potential considering how attractive it is to the SE's. You could take this blog, re-monitize it and make thousands as a result.

    I'm selling it because I haven't the time to maintain it and a family issue has arisen and I need to liquidate.

    I'm looking for offers, or advice on how much it may be worth, based in the facts/figures you see above.

    ( I know you can't "sell" blogs that belong to Blogger, so...I'll sell you the password and all the files/notes/etc I have.)

                          Perhaps before you post a comment about the value of this blog, you might look past the first page. There are almost 400 confessions. Some are admittedly of questionable content, but a small, margin. Blogger could pull it, but it's been around since 2005 and so far so mention. Besides, have you seen some of the other content on Blogger? Post secret alone has confessions worse that you'll ever read on my blog.

                          Yeah, I know I can't "sell" it per se...I can give it to all passwords, files, etc, for a price.

                          So back to what I was asking...Using the figures I mentioned initially, what might be the value of this blog(I can remove those questionable stories in seconds BTW. It's called "DELETE". I am looking for approx. value.)

                                  What difference does it make, you can't sell a Blogger Blog.
                                  It's not yours.
                                  It is against the T.O.S.
                                  They will deactivate it.
                                  You don't even have a domain to sell.
                                  So it is not worth anything. There is no property to sell.

                                  You can't get a price on something that is under someone else's administration.

                                                          Thanks for the input people. I've been made two offers but based on some other emails I've recieved, I will be hanging on to this one a little longer.

                                                          For the numerous detractors...I agree. Some of the things that people submitted are pretty disturbing, some of their stories are pretty sick. Even sicker is that these stories happened to people we all know. If only we could see more of the skeletons in people's closet!

                                                          I cannot fathom how some people can survive based on some of the things they have experienced in life. I find the stories about weird fetishes especially disturbing and sick. Thankfully, most of the stories that have been submitted over the last two years are not of a "sick" nature. Much of them are about sexual fantasies, affair stories and crime confessions.

                                                          Obviously the detractors only bothered to read the first page. After looking at the stories on the first page right now, no wonder you might think the content a little off! At least the people that took the time to email me, actually dug a little deeper. Thanks!

                                                          I knew a few of your would look past that and find the value of the site. I'll keep it going for a while longer, continue to build that sweet SE traffic and then possibly let it go to move to other things.
