To answer a couple questions I have recieved I will outline how holding back paper could work.

You put lets say 20%-50% down and I finance the rest over an agreed upon period at an agreed upon interest rate.

I agree Shuki... They have grown and grown - A few ppl I know have used them also - they said no problems at all...

Yeah Gregg and Rob are great guys. They run a great business and are lightning fast on all aspects of the transaction.

Yep, and don't underestimate auctions...all you need is two people who really want it. If someone offers $275k, there IS more to squeeze.
