I just got another procedural notice in the Chapter 7 Bankruptcy proceedings for Insite Investments (JohnIP) - damn, how long could this process *possibly* take????

It takes about as long as the court says it takes, depending on the plan as approved by both the Court Trustee and the Bankruptcy Judge. Since you are concerned with a Chapter Seven, otherwise known as a "Straight Fuck You!", you're not going to get any money anyway, so move on......................................

No matter who you really are, I'm not concerned about getting any money out of them.
I'm just astounded that they went belly-up probably eight years ago, and this chapter 7 is still dragging on.
