How many MILES a day do you walk???

Well, yes, I DID have a problem... But I've been clean now for about a year - However I never drank and drove. I still have my driving licence

My walking is done on a treadmill - To help me lose weight. I just wondered how many miles the average GFYer walked

5 and 6 miles a day is pretty good. Walking speed is about 5 miles/hour, so that means you walk about an hour a day. Terry Fox was known to walk a marathon every day.
