I stick with good 'ole failthful -- HomeSite v5. Been using it for about almost a decade now, and still love it. That was before Adobe bought out Macromedia, and before Adode discontinued the product.

PS. People who use things like Dreamweaver and call themselves web designers piss me off. And they probably piss of web designers even more.
