We've sent multiple emails, IMs etc. to some affiliates and can't get a response. We want to pay them and get it off our books. Same here. Even after multiple mass emails and then personal emails there are still affiliates that have not checked in and made the change. It's rather frustrating and a huge pain in the ass.
