Dude... just do a tricked PDA... they do everything the Ipods and zunes do... plus buttloads more...

Dell Axim is what I'm running... usually same cost ranges too...

i won one in a contest and if it wasn't for it being free i'd be pissed off. the software crashes my comp, it doesn't work well with podcasts, you can't adjust the volume unless you're in the volume screen, the output is low and gets distorted if you turn it up past 7(out of ten), it's heavy as shit, very few accessories available...i could keep going and going.

oh the wireless music transfer takes f o r e v e r... and it only works zune to zune. </rant>

We've got iPods and a Zune. We've also got a few Sony PSPs lying around.

The PSP does more then either of the two music players, and costs less too. Granted, you're not going to get 80 gig to play with, but with a few 2 gig SD cards you'll have plenty of room.

The Zune and the iPod are pretty similar and do most of the same things.

                Spend you some brain.

the psp is too big to carry around but i do prefer it sometimes b/c i can play games and not just listen to music or watch movies. but for an everyday device i tote it around.

I agree. That's it's ONLY draw back. I'd love for it to have a built in drive, but with flash memory being so cheap it works out well.

For me, I don't leave without a million things including a laptop or two, so my bag is loaded up with gadgets.
