I'm not quite sure if you work for Payoneer or who you happen to be since you do not provide that information in your profile or signature, however I would ask you to kindly refrain from stating WRONG information about Paxum procedures from now on.

Since this thread and issue is between Payoneer and Forest regarding making a payment to a vendor, I can tell you that I have absolutely no knowledge of the specific details of this situation, nor am I commenting upon them.

HOWEVER, one thing I can and will tell you for absolute fact, is that we (Paxum) NEVER request that our clients fax us a copy of their actual CREDIT CARD in order to make a payment to a vendor.

Paxum clients must provide verification documentation ONLY to verify their Paxum account (at which point they can also apply for their Paxum Mastercard), however those documents are picture ID's and proof of addresses, NOT an actual Credit Card.

With a Paxum account our clients can pay vendors through their ewallets with our instant peer2peer payments (if the vendor accepts Paxum) or through their Paxum Mastercard. NEITHER of these options would require the client to FAX a copy of their credit card to us since they would already be approved and verified...

Please stick to the facts that you KNOW are true, rather than stating information about our company that is wholly incorrect, and implying that it is fact. Thank you.
