Yes the good days of porn are long gone. Now it's got loads of people boasting about the number of people talking about the visitors to it's site and comparing it better to the number of magazines SOLD. As for visitors, that counts for 0. It's about $$$$$
And today because of the Adult Internet's policy of giving things they try to sell, away for free. It's decimated. The Adult Internet has never made the money the other parts of the porn industry made and only fools itself it does.
Don't you realise that I'm not having a go at the current cameramen in the trenches. I'm having a go at SPONSORS paying them so little. Don't you think it ironic in a time of falling sales, because the product isn't worth buying, Fabian can think he's a great payer paying $666.66 for a set and video scene outright? Mutt said his price is $500 to supply the scene. The present shooters have to suck it up.
Of the magazines and video sides of porn. I'm the ONLY producer from the other sides of the business who has supplied his content direct to the Adult Internet and not only via a site. To my knowledge NO other freelance successful shooter has done the same. Maybe a few on a one off deal. The reason still is simple. Even in todays market the Internet doesn't pay enough. Still today the top guys will not work for what is paid here.
Do they not prize top content high enough or not able to pay well enough? I think for many they can't afford it. For the few who can afford it, content isn't a high priority. Much better to load a site with low quality, sell it to affiliates and get 1,000 hits on a sample and maybe 1 sale.
Manwin will pay me $3,000 and I will shoot the scene. Do I care if it's good enough? Not really ego isn't something that you or I can spend. $3,000 I can spend.
Do I care if everyone listens to my advice? No. Because years ago I said going down the road you were was destined to harm the business.

Also, years ago when I saw you at the show, I didn't tell you who I was..I was new to the game and I didn't want to just yap to any tom, dick and harry about it...I didn't want you to know nor remember me so don't feel bad about not remembering...I just happened to see you on the floor and said hello to a dude who ALSO wasn't using his real name had the nickname of "charly" back then...So if there was a really fat guy wearing a BVF T Shirt walking around, then I must commend him because he must have been a big fan since I've NEVER even created a BVF T-shirt...Also, if you remember him, then indirectly, you remembered ME without me even having to be there.....Plus, I've been exercising for a couple of years so I'm rather sexy and muscular and healthy as a fucking horse these days

As for the "Charly" nick. Did I have the "Paul Markham T Shirt on? Never hid behind a nick or been to ashamed to show my face.
