it's not only the alcohol, it's the drunk order of 2 portions of scrambled eggs at McDonalds at 7 am before going to bed that don't help
i have to be more disciplined the rest of the week to make up for that. but the more weight i lose, the less hungry i am. and i need smaller portions, feel stuffed more quickly now
