Hey Klen,

What's your beef with Payoneer? You have made a lot of negative statements but you don't seem to provide any reasons why.

Payoneer has only been in the adult space about 4 months. They have made tremendous strides to modify their platform for the adult industry's needs. It appears that many epass cardholders signed up with Payoneer without reading through their offering and this caused some confusion about their platform.

What is it, in your eyes, that Payoneer has done to deserve this abuse?

Your perception is odd because in fact Payoneer has signed up many of the major programs in Adult including:

VS Media
GammaCash
LiveJasmin
IMLive
Streamates
HustlerCash
Brazzers/Manwin

Just struggling with why you are so neg on Payoneer.

Most are negative to Payoneer because from day 1 they (you?) have come across as expensive, odd and cumbersome. In other words, user-unfriendly. Put on top of that those who question the background and setup of Payoneer and you have a troublesome start.

Who are you speaking for in this response? You may be working off old data or you just may not understand the real pricing of all of the payout solutions and their cost centers. If you do the analysis, Payoneer is well within the operating range of their competition, their product is super easy to use and their Mastercards work everywhere. If you are trying to compare them to ePassporte, that's probably not going to work.

That being said, they are working to streamline their platform and support, make their fees more transparent and in line with the industry and they are working to add more features like P2P, Virtual Mastercard, NATs, MPA3 etc.

What do you mean by their "background and setup of Payoneer".... just not following you there. Are you referring to their VC Backing and their mainstream business ?? In regards to their setup, they are "setup" nearly exactly the same as all their competition with the one difference being they own part of their bank.

Lol,i posted many times what sucks exactly wrong with payoneer,search a bit more to find it.Anyway,biggest problem of payoneer is how they dont give a shit about their customers suggestions,complete lack of support,and outraging fees.Also,it's completely irrelevant how many sponsors support payoneer,since they all supports checks too which i dont like either.

Payoneer sucks,

here's a few reasons why

-$5 instant load fee
-3% surcharge on exchange rate
-can't easily send peer to peer transfers
-not many load/withdraw options
-slow as HELL support

Paxum is the clear winner.

paxum better. Paxum is simply payment solution for webmaster.
Payoneer is expensive and has much of fucking rules.

I know this is a few weeks ago, but I think it's important enough to be replied to. I'll address each point, if that's OK with you, and I promise I will be back with replies, etc., so you won't fall on deaf ears (and I realize that time will only prove that I'm here, not my words).

1) Not giving a shit - that's not true. I understand that you had really bad experiences, rather I imagine you did. I have gone back and read some posts, but I can't read everything. Over the past few months, we have experienced an insane growth of customers, and we have been hiring more customer support agents (in multiple languages) as much as possible, but it will probably take a bit more time until we're back to our swiftest.

I can assure you that Payoneer DOES care, and the proof is actually me: I am Payoneer's new Director of Community. As a generalization, my job description is to make our customers happy, hear their concerns, and pass them on to management - and make sure that they are acted upon. I cannot promise that every suggestion will be acted upon, and neither can any other company. However, I CAN assure you that I will listen to everything and pass everything on, however big or small. In addition to email support, we also have a phone number posted directly on our site (1-800 number in the US and a number outside of the US), and live chat, so we are very available to help.

2) Fees - I have to respectfully disagree. Our fee structure is different than other companies, that's true, but as a whole, we are cheaper than just about every company out there. I would love to speak to you more about this, offline if you'd like so we won't be having a one-on-one convo on the forums. I would be more than happy to compare different services with you.

3) Sponsors - you are right, numbers of sponsors aren't relevant to whether or not a company is a good company to work with. We work with a huge range of companies, not just the adult industry, and as mentioned earlier by pimpsalot, we have done our best to adjust to a new area as quickly as possible.

I'm not saying that we're perfect and that we have ironed out all of our kinks - we arent and we haven't, yet at least. But the reason I am here is precisely to hear your concerns.

I want specific examples that I can take back to my department and improve. If you got bad service - I want to know by whom or in what form - forward me the email. If you feel you were charged more than you should have been - let me know, show me the details (by email/PM of course, since this isn't information you should post online). If you think the fee structure is unfair, show me who you are comparing us to and how, and we will see what we can do.

Nothing is set in stone, and ultimately what our customers - potential, present, and past - tell us is very important to us, especially since every company exists for their customers.

As a quick P.S. Even though I am fairly new at Payoneer, I used to be one of Payoneer's partners, so I have known the company and its structure, etc. for about 4 years now, so I assure you I am a good address for any comments or concerns.
