    obscenity law from supreme court we going to get fucked?

    Hello,

    What happens when we get the law "we know it when we see it?"

    Do we just move servers to Amsterdam and continue our operation from there?

      That's what it is now.You just cant move your servers you would have to move with them.

                      dude i dont understand your replies. How do they have a relationship with supreme court decisions. Getting a lawyer isnt going to help me if they shut down the porn game.

                          when the hammer drops, just moving your servers offshore won't cut it.
                          you will have to relocate as well, or you may as well keep your servers in the US too.

                                  If you're hosted in US, you still have to follow US law. Maybe they won't come for you, but they can shut down your US server and arrest you if you enter US border.
