Gaddifi turned over all his WMDs a while ago when he feared he was next on the attack list after the US invaded Iraq. Not that he didn't hold onto a few, but either way, it is the PERFECT excuse to storm in there. There doesn't even have to be any WMDs once they get there. It's already been proven that the USA can pretty much do anything it wants.
