Carbon is not the problem, it makes up 0.041% of our atmosphere , 95% of that is from Volcanos and decomposing plants and stuff. So people in the US are responsible for 13% of the carbon in the atmosphere which 95% is not from Humans, like cars and trucks and stuff and they want to spend trillions to fix it while Solar Panel plants are powered by coal plants

I understand why they threw that in..... it's still funny either way. And Cali too? I know Texas really wants to use its powers, which is crazy for them. Western NY should probably split from the City, dang would sure save the people a lot of money but who knows if they could make it.

The States need the Federal Tax dollars? Where does the Fed get it's money? From the population within the States. The States could realistically just keep the money that's being shipped off to the Feds and call it even.
