Charlie Sheen has returned to work - and the ladies, it seems. Sheen was photographed kissing a new young woman on Feb. 21, just days after completing rehab. Asked by a TMZ photographer "How ya been man?" Charlie planted a passionate kiss on the mystery blonde then responded, "Winning." During a radio interview on The Dan Patrick Show last week, Sheen declared he was "100 percent in love" but declined to reveal the identity of the new woman in his life.
