Damage from debris might cause parts of it to fall... and as for the earthquake effect... There were other neighboring bldgs that were heavily damaged, yet didn't even hint of falling, and they would have experienced this earthquake effect just as well.. but this entire steel/earthquake bit is merely speculation..Comment
