Badminton is actually a very simple looking sport that is incredibly difficult to master. I play weekly, sometimes more often, mostly with Asian players. It's great exercise, unless you are in shape about an hour of this will have your legs falling off.

A lot of fruits tend to play it but its a sweet sport. Fast as hell, good cardio before a workout.

i find it to be a great sport as a recovering smoker

it is not as intense as tennis but sure gives you a good sweat
