I got two keys words in the teen niche on 2nd and third spot on 1st page, now, im 698th on those words. Sigh... back to submitting.

probably you're results pushed to "supplemental results".
check for that. if so, get more links to get more higher PR.

I was actually getting a lot of google traffic and was enjoy it for a very long time. Then on the 25th I lost my rankings... all of them. My links were still listed by using site:domain.com to check it out, so I wasn't banned. Now on the 31st I got all my rankings back, but not with much improvement either. I've heard of some people getting canned and coming back stronger.

Either way, I'm happy once again and felt pretty sick when I lost all that traffic. But its back now and it seems that it took about 7 days to get re-ranked again. I still don't understand why it happened. I never cheated or changed anything.

Well hope you guys get back on track soon.

I've noticed this too. In fact everytime I check for my main keywords they show a different results. I changed the index page on my main site and it pushed me bach 3 or 4 pages (depending on the day). After 3 weeks I've regained my position but now I juggle it with 2 other sites that have always benn on top with me. Almost everytime I look, the 3 of us have changed position. It's almost as though the rankings are dynamic.

only helps them to find deeply linked sites which have problems being picked up, doesnt help rankings themselves per se.
