Firefox now has the folds and flab that turned me off of IE - slow, fat and stupid is no way to browse the net.

Chrome will become cluttered with fixes and features and run slow just like Firefox has. And another new browser will come and be the savior with their barebones super fast browser. And the world will keep going around.Comment

I've been using it for over half a year now, and it is definitely pretty fast and more stable and responsive than 3.6. I think it'll regain users that switched to Chrome pretty fast!

You can almost get it back. They call it the extension bar now. Mouseover status doesn't show there but your add on icons can go there at least.
