Google like other large companies, can do whatever they want. So if they let you do some of this then you can't do some of that. But you can bet it will always be to their advantage. For Google to enable adult transactions would cause a lot of bad press, but apparently bad publicity does not extend to Adwords. I doubt mainstream will ever endorse adult transactions.
