Just buy traffic and hire gallery submitters and work for yourself.

that's true for the most part - those kind of partnerships rarely work out well but i know some that do really well and some that do ok. people jump into them without doing any research into the company they are joining.
I moved my sites to Vacares Hosting. I've saved money, my hair is thicker, lost some weight too! Thanks Sly!

i would say the dilemma is that the person who owned and ran the solo site before was used to do their own decisions - good or bad. now someone else takes over - and for this person the site is just one of many, probably less attractive cause he has to split the profit. i'd say those deals suck and just cause confusions for everyone involved

Those two points are the reason others want to join an established program.

What it comes down to is the vast majority of solo girl sites are not profitable enough to "split" revenue with anyone. And unless the girl takes the world by storm or has that special something, the site will be a disappointment to all parties involved.

Having partners also means that the blame for the failure can be directed at each other, instead of the realism that the site just doesn't sell. It's easier for a program to be objective about this fact. However, when a model has to come to grips with the fact that consumers just aren't interested, the results can be disastrous (such as you see now).

this is a fact. We've done over 70 sologirl sites that are still on the web , some were hits most were flops, but if you don't partner with the girl, a flop site over time is still profitable
We've never partnered up with a girl, that's why we never had to shut down any site. We've sold a couple of programs, but the buyers were only interested because NONE of the models were partners. We've even tried to put some solosites into other programs to "test" other's traffic and market and realized, that their sales sucked also...so the best thing to do is to shoot a bitch, throw the damn site up and let guys jack off for $30 a month, while you go shoot the next bitch..I don't even want a HOT model coming to me to help her launch a site, because there's not enough cake to split. Keep it simple
