I see WebcamClub banners... and the one's you're using are ancient. We've got some better/newer ones that should help CTR... try this one:

I'd also recommend one of our IM pop up ads, they're pretty small, wouldn't interfere with your main content (they'd show up where the background side is, if that makes sense?) and we also have some great flash ads if you want to log-in and grab one of those instead of what I've posted here.
