                                        People might know the designers tour if they see the content company that is sponsoring them and that contant on the site.

                                        Might lead to an unfair advantage for some.

I guess after it's said and done, we could list the providers that were used and all that kinda info underneath the tours or something.... I just thought it'd be nice if they got recognition for it if they decided to sponsor someone's tour.....

                                                                                Amp, instead of listing who the content sponsor is why not have the designer put it above (or below) the tour? Plenty of recognition there and nobody will know who is who.
                                                                                SIG TOO BIG! Maximum 120x60 button and no more than 3 text lines of DEFAULT SIZE and COLOR. Unless your sig is for a GFY top banner sponsor, then you may use a 624x80 instead of a 120x60.

                                                                                                                but..... there'd have to be some kinda special modifications to the vote or something to prevent viewing the results..... although, why is viewing them necessarily bad anyway? Only real problem I could see would be someone using multiple aliases to vote more than once.

                                                                                                                                                        Look i don't want to be the only guy doing a flash site.. and i wouldn't push for it if it was some obscure plugin that was never used.. im sure we've all seen flash tours.. i've seen maybe 3 in the last week or so.. and it's not like shockwave or quicktime.. it's got 96% penetration.. the reason i brought it up is... really.. why are we doing this?.. it's not just to show off.. it's to work on a fake "dream job".. full scope, full creativity and have people see it.. html isn't the limits of what i can do as an information and interactive designer..
